We assume full property management:
we define the real amount of rental fee if you wish
we find the optimal lessee, who matches your expectations
we make pictures and layout so the tenant finds the property sooner
we help to sign the contract (we have our own lease contract if you need)
we record the utility meters, the shape of the property, prepare a list of items in the apartment
we make sure, that the security deposit has been paid, and we collect every month the rental fee
we ensure that the leased property is used only for purposes stated in the lease contract
we ensure that common costs, service charges and all utility accounts are paid up to date and collected from the tenants
we inspect the property regulary to make sure that it is being maintained in good condition
we carry out all the needed repairs, renovation or furnishing if our client would like
we take action in emergency situations, and all works of an emergency nature will be attended immediately
We provide Full mortgage and collateral loan coverage - We are able to get you a loan with good conditions from more banks
Our solicitor is always there for our clients in issue of property contracts, or if our client wants to take legal advice

About our brokerage
If you buy or rent a propety from one of our clients, wich propety we already have in database, our work for you is free.
If you buy a propety with our help wich we had to seek for you and we haggel a fair prise wich suites your needs, our fee is 0,5-1%
of the selling price.
If you rent a propety with our help wich we had to seek for you and we haggel a fair prise wich suites your needs, our fee is 10% of
the yearly rental fee.
If you sell your propety and we find you a buyer only in case of successful selling our fee is 3-4% of the selling price.
If you let your propety and we find you a renter our fee is the amount of one month rental fee.
If you want us to manage your rental, it costs you additional 10% of every month's rental fee.
